Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open they will display a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

During a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The upgrade item Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in an item level upgrade to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item level upgrade will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon) and the level of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will add an item in your inventory after you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how far to finishing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
